Workout
- iOS
A muscle map that shows which groups you actually trained this week, and an editor for writing the plans you actually do

Most training apps tell you what you did. Workout shows you where. Front and back body diagrams shade each muscle group by how hard it has worked this week — pale for untouched through to deep green for maxed — and tapping a group lists which of your sessions loaded it and by how much. It answers the question that actually decides tomorrow's session: what have I been neglecting? Alongside the map is a plan editor, because a training app that only reads back content someone else wrote is a catalogue. Build a plan exercise by exercise and set by set with targets, rest windows, equipment and coaching cues, or duplicate any of the five bundled plans and change what you like; your own plans lead the library. Running a session is full-screen with a rest timer and set-by-set completion, and finishing writes straight into a log that charts load and minutes per day across the last seven days with every session listed underneath. Streaks count real consecutive days and survive the day they are still in, so an evening session does not have to beat midnight. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, no HealthKit — everything lives on the device. Pro is a one-time purchase that lifts the three-plan cap on plans you write yourself; everything bundled with the app is free.
